After a short introduction and meet-and-greet, you will enjoy a smooth transfer to Arusha, the heart of Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Here, you will receive a detailed safari briefing outlining your exciting journey ahead. After an early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, your safari adventure officially begins as you drive to the stunning Tarangire National Park, known for its huge herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. Enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring the park’s open savannahs and riverine woodlands. Keep your camera ready for sightings of lions, leopards, giraffes, buffalos, and a wide variety of bird species. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts many animals especially during the dry season.

In the late afternoon, head to your accommodation at Tarangire Osupuko Lodge, where you can relax while enjoying panoramic views of the park and its wildlife-rich surroundings.

If you wish, you can start the day with an optional early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, offering a final chance to spot more wildlife during the cool hours when animals are most active. After a hearty breakfast, you’ll leave Tarangire and set off towards Lake Manyara National Park, a charming and diverse park nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Lake Manyara is renowned for its tree-climbing lions, as well as an abundance of other wildlife species, both large and small. You may choose to enjoy picnic-style lunch at one of the scenic picnic sites within the park after you will continuing with your afternoon game drive.

Later in the day, you’ll proceed to Karatu Simba Lodge, located near the Ngorongoro Highlands, where you’ll enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, drive towards the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best wildlife destinations in Africa. Descend 600 meters into the crater for a full-day game drive, where you’ll have excellent chances to spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, lions, elephants, and buffalos. The crater’s diverse ecosystem also hosts zebras, hippos, wildebeests, and a variety of bird species. Enjoy your picnic lunch at one of the scenic spots near the hippo pool. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, ascend the crater rim and proceed to Ngorongoro Wild Camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast at your lodge, depart the Ngorongoro Highlands and drive towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, home to the iconic Great Migration and abundant year-round wildlife. As you enter the Serengeti Plains, begin your first game drive en route to your accommodation.
